I made High Desert Summer after traveling to South America for the first time, and missing the lush green landscapes I saw once I returned to the desert in the heat of summer. I remembered as I began to work on this piece that one only needs to climb in altitude in Arizona to experience an entirely new climate and landscape, and I hope this piece will help inspire you to seek refuge in higher places when the world feels too warm.
Slight differences in color between the original image and the photo of the print may show on certain screens. Colors can shift in photos based on the light in the room. The full image of the print, is the same image I used to make the print and is the best representation of the colors in the printed work.
Framed prints ship in recyclable cardboard wrapping.
All unframed small prints ship in an recycled plastic sleeve with a backer and in a rigid card-board mailer.
