Favorite naturally dyed silks from past collections.

I began dyeing silk with natural materials in 2019 and continue to produce small batches each year. I forage many of my materials, including cochineal, eucalyptus, pomegranates, mallow, senna, loquat leaves, and creosote. I also work with indigo and madder root, and food waste such as avocado pits and onion skins. I especially love to build abstract prints inspired by naturally occurring patterns in geology.
